DHSFW Assam Admit Card 2019
Directorate of Health Services, Family Welfare (DHSFW) of Assam officially is going to release admit card for the 2nd Phase Written OMR Test and Skill test for Computor/ Field & Evaluation Worker/ L.D. Asstt./ Field Worker/ Social Worker & Grade-IV. Candidates who submitted online application for the recruitment of Grade III & Grade IV 254 Posts in response of HSFW/Esstt/13/Pt/2013/8823 dated 02-11-2018 notification and cleared the 1st Phase examination are now able to download their admit cards.
